Returns/Exchange Policy

We hope you love your order! Your satisfaction with your order is our utmost priority. If there is something wrong with your order, we would like know so we can make it better next go round! 

Shipping/Tracking:

Please keep in mind this is a small business, not Amazon. Some days shipping happens same day, sometimes its a week later. Please allow 5-7 business days for package to ship. You will receive email conformation of your order and tracking codes. You will not receive a receipt of your purchase with your order. Tracking will be all electronic and is your responsibility to ensure shipping address is correct upon payment. Seller will not be responsible if product is shipped to incorrect address provided by the buyer at checkout. 

Returns/Exchanges:

If you purchased an item(s) and they end up being the wrong size, store credit will be applied for the original price of the item. Shipping is not included in the refund. Items must be unworn, free from stains, and have tags still attached. If the item shows signs of wear, tags not attached, or item is in any condition if which it cannot be resold, Kershner Custom Silver has the right to refuse the refund for store credit. 

Returns are eligible within 15 days of receiving your product. After the 15 days, refund is no long eligible. If you choose to exchange/ special order correct size (stock quantities are limited), please be aware those sales/exchanges will be FINAL SALE. The buyer is responsible for shipping back to Kershner Custom Silver.
